ARCADIA GLASSHOUSE LLC MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

We take pride in using premium materials and skilled professionals to craft every Arcadia GlassHouse, Harvest Greenhouse, and Lord & Burnham Greenhouse. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy years of growing and lasting value from your investment.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Models Covered: Arcadia GlassHouse, Harvest Greenhouse, and Lord & Burnham Greenhouse.
Aluminum Frame:
Guaranteed for the lifetime of the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defects. If the “Customer” is not an individual (for example, a corporation or organization), the warranty period is forty (40) years.
Polycarbonate Panels:
Warranted for ten (10) years against:
Loss of light transmission exceeding 6% when tested according to ASTM D1003.
Yellowing greater than 10 Delta units per ASTM D1925.
Breakage due to hail (for roof panels only).
Powder Coat Finish:
Warranted against normal weathering for five (5) years. In the event of damage resulting from a defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, Arcadia GlassHouse LLC will, at its option:
- Provide replacement parts (labor not included), or
- Provide a factory-authorized repair to the existing product at no cost.
Replacement parts and repairs are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Doors, Windows, and Accessories:
Warranted by their original manufacturers for no less than one (1) year. Accessories include, but are not limited to: heaters, coolers, fans, lights, humidifiers, and environmental controls.
Leak Repairs:
If installation was performed by Arcadia GlassHouse LLC, leaks occurring within the first year will be repaired at no charge. After the first year, leaks caused by normal weathering are repaired at a nominal charge quoted by Arcadia GlassHouse LLC.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damage to glass.
Damage caused by improper installation or repairs by others.
Damage caused by condensation.
Damage to metal surfaces caused by brickwash, chemicals, or airborne pollutants such as salt or acid rain.
Damage occurring during delivery by others.
Damage caused by accidents or acts of God.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty applies only to greenhouses and accessories paid in full within 30 days of the final invoice date.
Unpaid balances past 30 days void the warranty.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
CLAIM PERIOD AND DUTIES OF BUYER
All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period and no later than sixty (60) days after the Customer discovers any issue. The Customer must provide Arcadia GlassHouse LLC with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the material in question.
When submitting a claim, the Customer must include documentation sufficient to verify the original order, date of shipment, and date of installation of the greenhouse.
The Customer must also provide evidence demonstrating that any alleged defect or nonconformance is the result of a breach of the warranty stated herein.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ARCADIA GLASSHOUSE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY INCIDENTAL FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Arcadia GlassHouse LLC at the address or email provided below. Claims must include supporting documentation as outlined above. Claims submitted without required documentation, or without allowing Arcadia GlassHouse LLC the opportunity to inspect the product, may be denied.
